No. Registered deals are protected: no other partner and no Softura direct seller can work the account without your consent. Disputes are resolved within ten business days.

How do partner earnings work?
You earn recurring margin on every dollar of FORGE monthly revenue, including renewals and expansions. Margin grows with your tier, which is set by your number of active engagements—not by a fee. There’s no cliff at renewal and no cap on earnings. Exact rates are confirmed in your partner agreement.
Is there a fee to join?
No. There’s no annual partner fee. Your tier upgrades automatically as your active engagements grow.
